Evaluations and feedback comments are easy to change. Bring up your initial eval/feedback comment:

Click on any highlighted text:

or click on a highlighted paragraph bracket:

Click "change comment" in the pop up box:


This will bring up the comment selection list:


Select a new comment as needed (you can also add a new comment or edit an existing one).

You can cancel the change by clicking on any open space in the essay.
